| Mason, Lansing Catholic boys 2nd at cross country state finals |

The No. 2-ranked Mason boys and No. 3/4 Lansing Catholic boys finished runner-up in Division 2 and 3, respectively, during the MHSAA cross country state finals at Michigan International Speedway bear Brooklyn. The No. 1-ranked Ionia boys ended up fifth in Division 2. See the story in the Lansing State Journal for more information. Taking fourth place were the East Lansing girls in Division 2, Stockbridge girls in Division 3 and Potterville boys in Division 4.
