Packet Pick-Up Checklist

· Verify time and date for packet pick-up at Playmakers with Jeff Crowe or Curt Munson prior to printing race form

· Determine number of volunteers needed at Playmakers for packet pick-up

· Schedule volunteers to provide coverage for entire packet pick-up time

· Review packet pick-up procedures with all volunteers prior to opening

· Make sure that there is someone available at all times during packet pick-up to answer any race related questions

· Provide necessary supplies

· T-shirts (folded and sorted by size)

· Blank entry forms

· Change

· Race numbers

· Bags

· Safety pins

· Pens, markers, etc.

· Clean packet pick-up area after closing
